If you are not satisfied with your order, you must finally let us know and we will get back to you immediately! Write in the contact form below and we will find a solution together.
Liability
We are not responsible for goods once they are in the collector's possession. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or in any way compensate for damage to products that´s caused by customers. As guaranteed under consumer protection, damage compensation must be paid if / when damaged products are received when they are affected by postal services and / or defective goods have been shipped. Please see our shipping policy for more information. Each print is inspected at least three times before preparation for shipment, and only pristine purchased reproductions are packed so you can enjoy it. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information in the product description before purchase.
Return Policy
We are confident that you will love your new work of art and are committed to offering art of the highest quality that you can enjoy! Below are our return policy for each product. We adhere to a 14 day return policy on qualified products. We do our best to offer color-accurate photography of the artwork, but some calibrations may vary between the artworks.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.
Prints (justification varies): Print works are very delicate. Our quality control and sanitary standards are quite strict and most can not be resold upon return. Only if prints are poorly handled and in their original packaging will they be eligible for return. If returned transcripts are deemed unsuitable for inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Originals (not eligible): All original purchases will not be returned; since we love our customers and the customers love us. An investment in an original work of art requires a decision that is made with the heart to own an original Flindt work.
Return Policy
According to Danish Consumer Protection Laws, shipping fees on all returned goods are not covered by the study in good faith. Only defective goods or products that are not covered by the consumer guarantee, return shipping will be paid for by the studio.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for purchases based on changed opinion.
